Landmarc Abstract and Settlement Services LLC is an Attorney owned title agency providing a full range of escrow and settlement services throughout Pennsylvania.  We issue title insurance policies underwritten by Stewart Title Guaranty and Old Republic Title.

Our staff has over 50 years of experience in the Title Industry. We insure all types of  real estate transactions including refinances, purchases, auctions and construction loans, for both residential and commercial transactions.
